How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Subscriptions are re-billed on the 15th of every month. If you sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months, you will be billed once, and when that time is up, you will be rebilled for another term. The cut-off for subscribing is the last day of the month, or before a theme is sold out, so if you're interested in the current month's box be sure to sign up before the cut-off date. For example, if you want to receive September's box, you would need to sign up in August. Boxes are shipped out at the beginning of the month. 

Why are you sold out?

Since we hand pick each bead every month and don't outsource our boxes, we have a very limited supply of boxes available. We estimate the amount and create our boxes based on how many subscribers we have from the previous month and adjust accordingly throughout the month.

What kind of beads should I expect to get?

Each month we come up with a theme, ranging from victorian, to bohemian to retro, and everything in between, focusing on different 20th century decades and seasons. Each box will contain about 8-10 different bags of beads, and may also include findings, pendants, clasps, or a special vintage surprise! We have every color under the sun, and our materials range from glass, acrylic, metal, bone, semi-precious stones, cloisonne, shell, wood and ceramic. Our supplies are limited for each bead style, so each box will be different from the next, within that month's theme. What is your refund policy?

If there are any issues with your order regarding shipping or damages, we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return your bead box for a refund. We do not offer refunds for prepaid 3, 6 and 12 month orders, so we encourage you test out our subscription with a month to month order before committing to a long term subscription. We understand that vintage beads aren't for everyone, so we want to make sure our customers are happy!
